This group provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect with others, share their experiences, and provide and receive support. It aims to build community, strengthen knowledge of local resources, and process the impact of systems of oppression on mental wellbeing.

The group is free to attend, meets in-person at the counseling center on Tuesdays at 6:00pm, and is open to Queer adults in the state of Oklahoma.

Groups hosted by Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling are open to the OSU-Tulsa campus community and members of the public. All groups are offered free of charge.
