Virtual Event
Learn and practice evidenced-based mindfulness skills to build awareness and attention of your presence in everyday life. This group will explore mindfulness skills for regulation and relaxation by observing and connecting with the present moment.
The Mindfulness Skills Group is free to attend, has in-person AND virtual meeting options, and is open to adults in the state of Oklahoma. This is a four-series group offered twice a semester.
The Mindfulness Skills Group meets on Wednesdays at 5pm.
Registration for Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling groups is required. REGISTER HERE
