About this Event
This group promotes well-being and decreases isolation for those impacted by ongoing health challenges through support and education. Participants will have opportunities to share personal stories, discuss feelings and concerns, exchange coping approaches, and learn from others' experiences with related conditions and treatments. The group can be a way to fill an emotional support gap that healthcare appointments and well-meaning family and friends may not fully address. Members connect with others who truly understand the full impact of living with chronic illness, creating a unique space for mutual understanding and healing.
The group is free to attend, meets virtually on Wednesdays at 5:00pm, and is open to adults living with chronic illness in the state of Oklahoma.
