DESCRIPTION:The annual Chilly Cowboy— affiliated with Special Olympics Okla
 homa and its Polar Plunge event— is a fundraising event special to Oklahoma
  State University and its supporters. Family\, friends\, and fans of OSU ar
 e invited to give in support of Special Olympics Oklahoma for the chance to
  see their favorite OSU name become a Chilly Cowboy. At the end of the dona
 tion window\, dependent on the amount of money raised\, student-athletes\, 
 coaches\, administrators\, and perhaps even major OSU names\, may find them
 selves taking a dip in chilly water.\n \nCollege of Professional Studies se
 eks to raise $1\,000 as a team to go towards this event. As an incentive\, 
 we are proud to be hosting an Events Bundle raffle which will include: 2 Ti
 ckets to Tulsa Ballet’s Romeo and Juliet4 Tickets to a Tulsa Drillers baseb
 all game2 Home Plate Tickets to an OSU baseball game4 General Admission Tic
 kets to the Philbrook MuseumAn official College of Professional Studies Ves
 t \nTo enter the raffle\, a minimum donation of $5 must be made. This will 
 be good for one tickets. Five tickets can be purchased for the cost of four
