Participants are invited to share their experiences, learn practical coping strategies, and both give and receive support around challenges such as workload pressure, time management, perfectionism, and burnout. The group aims to foster a sense of community, build resilience, and increase awareness of campus and academic support resources while normalizing the emotional impact of academic demands on wellbeing.
